Israel ‘furious over ICC arrest warrants’

Israel are correct. There is ‘no moral equivalence’ between them and Hamas. The State military terror regime and its brutal occupation of Palestine is far more lethal and deadly than a Islamist resistance movement. Israel’s military killing machine is 40 times more lethal, barbarous and destructive for civilians. Hamas committed an atrocity on one day, the Israeli war planes, bombs, drones, quadcoptors, tanks and guns have assailed Gaza’s population every single day for now, over 400 days. Near to 80% of its buildings inhabitable, civilians fired upon while being forced into displacement camps. Most Hospitals destroyed, those open without anaesthetics, pain killers or oxygen to treat childrens mutilated and amputated bodies. Schools, aid centres, mosque’s, ambulance’s, journalists, medics and nurses systematically targeted. Hamas kidnapped innocent hostages and holds them underground. The IDF for decades have kidnapped young people and children and detained them in military jails without trial or even charge, they call it ‘administrative detention’. Human rights organisations have documented sexual assaults, torture and prevention of access to lawyers or families. 

While horrible violence took place on October 7th, reports of ‘beheaded babies’ and ‘mass rape’ have been proved to be false. However, the lethal nature of dropping 2000lb ‘dumb’ bombs on residential buildings causes indescribable amounts of flying shrapnel, glass, rubble that does decapitate babies and children, mutilates their bodies and buries them under their homes. 


Invading other peoples land, forced displacement and expulsion of their population, expropriation of their olive groves and buildings, imposing restrictions on freedom of movement through military checkpoints, operating apartheid systems, bulldozing homes, night time house raids, detention without trial and all the daily humiliations of (an illegal) occupation for 57 years- is morally repugnant! Israel could prevent violent resistance by simply withdrawing from occupied land and negotiating a just peace.

Fascism stopped in France, but what about Putin’s Russia and where are the anti-fascists?

 Vive la France! Thank you people of France for rejecting Fascism, yes too many voted for it, but opposition to it being an emerging force in European politics, needed to be forcibly stated.  Make no mistake, this was not a vote in favour of Macron and neo liberalism, the parliamentary elections will be very different if polls are correct. Worryingly, much of the media in the Uk seemed to naively accept le Pen’s assertion that her Party’s change of name and taming of extreme language, only meant we were dealing with a ‘far right’ populist Party, rather than what it is, and always has been, a fascist party. I’m back! and mad as a hatter

  I thought I’d lost this blog but somehow I’ve retrieved it. Absolutely fascinating looking back.  Well that’s the good news. Not so, is pretty much everything else. Dad died last May from a horrible illness, MSA. I miss him. Mum, at this moment, is locked up in a secure unit under the mental health act. I, though not locked up, am hypomanic again, last time was 2019/20. Its been 5months now, maybe flattening out a little. Usually its followed by months of depression, I do hope not. I’m hoping a change of medication will help. Still waiting on the community mental health team to action it.  On top of the stress of mums decline and bipolar relapse, is worrying physical symptoms. I’ve had two courses of steroids and antibiotics for breathlessness, cough, tight chest, Blood pressure through the roof and just fatigue.
